1. General Terms

• Our services include Polish language training, B1 exam preparation, translation, interpretation, and city tours.
• All services are provided in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, depending on the learner’s preference.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

• All lessons, tours, and translation services must be booked in advance.
• Payment must be made before the session starts. We accept bank transfers, online payments, and cash (if applicable).
• Refunds are not available for missed sessions, but rescheduling may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
• In rare cases where we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

4. Code of Conduct

• We expect all students and clients to maintain respectful and professional behavior during sessions.
• Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• While we strive to provide effective language learning and accurate translations, we do not guarantee exam results or legal accuracy of translations.
• Clients are responsible for their own progress in language learning.
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or misunderstandings arising from the use of our services.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
• Any recordings or materials provided during lessons are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
